Partner Sales Manager – Playpilot
At Playpilot, we’re passionate about making it easier for users to discover and enjoy their favorite films and series across multiple streaming platforms. As we grow, we’re looking for a Partner Sales Manager to join our team and execute Playpilot’s partner strategy across the Nordics.
As our Partner Sales Manager, you will be crucial in developing and executing our partnership strategy. Leveraging our data-rich ecosystem, you will drive growth, engagement, and revenue. Located at our headquarters in Stockholm, this role offers the chance to shape how we connect people to entertainment.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue through strategic channel sales, creating innovative collaborations and building a network of partners that leverage Playpilot’s link-based integrations for mutual growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners of varying sizes, adapting approaches to meet diverse needs and maximize impact across our partnership network.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that support a cohesive network of partners, enabling them to work together to amplify reach and engagement for Playpilot and each other.
- Focus on long-term relationship-building with partners, expanding collaboration scope, and evolving solutions to meet changing business needs over time.
- Identify and onboard new partners while expanding the scope of existing partnerships to unlock further potential and drive continuous growth.
- Collaborate closely with product development to enhance link capabilities, creating new opportunities that align with partner objectives and meet market demands.
- Lead and inspire the partnership team, fostering a creative, collaborative environment that promotes growth through partner-driven sales.
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns, ensuring partners experience clear benefits and increased engagement with Playpilot’s link-focused solutions.
- Represent Playpilot at industry events, highlighting our unique link-based offerings and establishing thought leadership in content discovery and partnership-driven revenue.
Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development within the media, tech, or digital content industries.
- Strong understanding of the streaming and/or media landscape and a proven track record in fostering partnerships that drive engagement and revenue.
- Strategic, with demonstrated expertise in creating and executing go-to-market strategies for partnership-driven growth.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Swedish or other Nordic languages as an advantage.
